Following a car accident and dealing with the resulting chronic pain, I've worked my butt off in physical therapy and pursuing all the medical care, and adding working out to regain my strength and flexibility. But I still had all this extra fat on my body... much of it since college.
A conversation with a friend inspired me. He partnered with me and guided me on my health journey. Losing 60 pounds meant more to me than I imagined. Significant health improvements changed my life!
